§ 21-46. Compliance with administrative regulations.

The chief of police and the tax and license manager may adopt such rules and regulations as they deem necessary to implement and enforce the provisions of this article; provided, that such rules and regulations are consistent with this article. All such administrative rules and regulations are subject to the approval of the city manager. All persons who are required to be licensed under this article shall comply with all rules and regulations so adopted.
