§ 22-29. Inspection of premises.

The application for a license required by the provisions of this article shall contain a statement by the applicant of at least three (3) different times during each business day, within a seven (7) day period, when the applicant will be available at the location to be inspected to meet with the proper city officials making such inspection. Failure of the applicant to be at such premises at the times stated in the application shall be grounds, if the revenue administrator finds that such absences were without sufficient excuse, for denial of the application.
