§ 26-69. Same—Throwing of bottles, cans, other objects prohibited.

For any athletic contest or exhibition at a venue with a fixed seating capacity of ten thousand (10,000) persons or more and where admission is charged or tickets are required for admission it shall be unlawful for any person to cast, throw, hurl or fling bottles, cans, receptacles or any other object that could cause injury or harm to any person in the spectator area where any athletic contest or exhibition is conducted or onto the playing field or into or upon the area used for the conduct of such contest or exhibition while the same is in progress; or during intermissions or delays of such contests or exhibitions or for two (2) hours before and after such contest or exhibition.
