§ 27-71. Alcoholic beverages prohibited; exceptions.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, furnish, possess or consume any alcoholic beverage in Murphy Park. The parks and recreation director shall not issue any permit authorizing the selling, furnishing, possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages in Murphy Park.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, furnish, possess or consume any alcoholic beverage in any other city park except for:
(1)
A person who possesses or consumes beer pursuant to a permit issued by the parks and recreation director.
(2)
The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages pursuant to a liquor license issued by the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control.
