§ 29.2-45. Enforcement; revocation or suspension of permit.

(a)

The city may take any appropriate civil action to preclude an event that is conducted or which may be conducted without a permit.

(b)

The city manager may suspend or revoke a permit issued under this chapter for violation of this chapter; for violating any federal, state or local laws during an event; or for making any material false representation in an application for a permit or for an exemption certificate. Upon suspension or revocation, the appeal provisions of this chapter shall apply commencing with the date the suspension or revocation notice is provided to the applicant.
