§ 29.2-46. Penalties.

(a)

It is unlawful and a class 1 misdemeanor to:

(1)

Conduct or stage an event without a permit.

(2)

Knowingly make a false statement in connection with an application.

(3)

Violate any provision of this chapter.

(b)

Each day a violation of any provision of this chapter exists shall constitute a separate offense.
