§ 30-36. Required.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to make, build, construct or remove any pavement or pavement widening, driveway, sidewalk, curb, gutter, pipeline, or grade, oil or gravel any public street of the city, without first having received a written permit from the community development department.

(b)

The city shall refuse to issue a permit for street cutting unless the owner of the property complies with the provisions of section 30-23.
