§ 30-64. Barbed-wire and electrical fences.

Latest version.

No fence with strands of barbed-wire below the height of six (6) feet shall be constructed, or allowed to remain if heretofore constructed, within ten (10) feet of a street, sidewalk or roadway right,f-way in the city, and no electrically charged fence, other than one which is approved by the underwriter's laboratory and unmodified, or other fence which is, or may be, dangerous to persons, children or animals shall be constructed, or allowed to remain if heretofore constructed, in the city.
