§ 30-65. Height of hedges, shrubs, etc., at intersections.

  • Within thirty (30) feet of the corner of any lot, which corner is at the point of intersection of two (2) or more streets, all hedges, shrubs or other plants, except trees, shall be cut and trimmed to no more than thirty (30) inches in height from the level of the adjacent street and thereafter shall not be allowed to grow above such height. (Code 1963, § 26-20)
