§ 30-112. Illumination.

  • No person shall maintain materials on any street or alley without placing and maintaining a warning light at each end of such materials throughout the night. Such warning lights shall be so located that they are clearly visible to approaching traffic, both vehicular and pedestrian, and shall be placed in accordance with the Traffic Barricade Manual of the City of Phoenix, 1980 Edition, or the Glendale Standard Drawings.
