§ 30-114. Inspection, complying with orders, and recourse against such violations.

Each construction site will be subject to inspection at any time by officers of the
city. The city may at any time impose such additional conditions or requirements as
may reasonably be deemed necessary in order to protect the public.
Every permittee shall comply with each and every written or oral request by the city
within four (4) hours, or sooner if an emergency situation exists, after submittal
to him to remove or modify any aspect of the construction, excavation, or demolition
as may be necessary to protect the public. Any material extending outside the boundaries
of the' diagram proposed in the permit, and not removed by the permittee, may be removed
and sold at a price which will reimburse the cost incurred by the removal of such.
In the event the sale of the material does not cover the cost of its removal, then
the permittee will be liable for the excess cost, which cost can be deducted from
the deposit or collected from the permittee, or both.
