Appendix 1. Water, Sewer and Flood Irrigation Services Rate Schedules; and Miscellaneous Customer Service Fees

The following rate schedules consolidate fees and charges established by resolution of the City Council for services provided through this Chapter 33.

Applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges will be added as required by the State of Arizona, Maricopa County, and City of Glendale regulations.

The sewer volume charge is a calculation based on the customer's January, February, and March average water consumption less a percentage for non-sewage use times the rate for each 1,000 gallons. New customers will use the winter average for their class. Some customers will be billed on actual water usage.

Irrigation Customers have the choice of being billed once for the entire year's service, one-seventh (1/7) of the yearly charge for seven (7) months or one-twelfth (1/12) of the yearly charge for twelve (12) months. Charges will be billed from April through October in Cycles 2 & 3. Customers have the option of being billed on their existing water account or separately under a unique account number.
