§ 33-174. Establishment of sewer user rate schedules.

(a)

Sewer use charge rate schedules for all user classes will be established by resolution of the City Council using the formula noted in Section 33-173. and shall be set forth in Appendix 1 to this Chapter.

(b)

Sewer user classes based on wastewater flow, BOD, and SS shall be established for the purpose of setting rate schedules.
