§ 33-97. Retroactive application.

(a)

The provisions of this division shall apply to all new and existing water Customers.

(b)

Backflow prevention devices installed prior to enactment of this code, and which do not comply with the requirements set forth in this Article, shall be replaced with devices which comply with the standards set forth herein.
