§ 33-98. Fees.

(a)

A monthly service fee may be established by City Council resolution to cover the costs of implementing and enforcing this Article and, if established, shall be charged to every Customer who is required to install a backflow prevention assembly. The fee shall be included in the Customer's monthly water bill.

(b)

Fees for backflow prevention device testing by the City shall be established by City Council resolution.
