§ 33-104. City's right to alter requirements.

If consistent with State law, the City reserves the right to establish by ordinance more stringent limitations or requirements on discharges to the waste water disposal system if necessary to comply with the objectives presented in Section 33- 102, subsection (c) of this Code.
