§ 33-177. Precedence of user rates established by resolution.

The sewer user rate changes as established by resolution of the City Council shall supersede any terms or conditions of agreements or contracts between the City and users to the contrary. Such rates shall be consistent with the requirements of Federal Water Pollution Act.
