§ 33-273. Limitation on extension reimbursement agreements.

(a)

No extension reimbursement agreement may be entered into by the City for an extension water or sewer line outside the City.

(b)

An extension reimbursement agreement may only be entered into for those development projects which, in addition to complying with the provisions of this Article, comply with the City's planning objectives.
