§ 33-274. Initiation of agreement by developer.

A developer who wishes to enter into an extension reimbursement agreement with the City shall submit to the City a written request for such an agreement with the application for an extension permit. The request shall include:

(1)

A diagram of all properties which are expected to be serviced by the proposed extension. The diagram shall be provided on approved standard quarter-section maps of the City of Glendale or any other standardized atlas system designated by the City.

(2)

A certification that the ownership of any extension and appurtenances thereto will be dedicated to the City upon completion and acceptance of the work by the City.

(3)

A statement that the City's cost for inspecting said work shall be paid by the Developer.
