§ 6-25. Exemption.

Latest version.

This article shall not apply to any animal used by a law enforcement agency and trained to assist in carrying out law enforcement duties.

Ord. No. 2454, § 2, adopted July 26, 2005, repealed the former § 6-25, and enacted a new § 6-25 as set out herein. The former § 6-25 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 1541, § 8, adopted May 24, 1988.
