§ 7-1. Adopted by reference.

(a)

The following publications, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk, are hereby adopted by reference as if set out at length in this Code:

(1)

Minimum Operating Standards for Commercial and Aeronautical Services and Activities at Glendale Municipal Airport and any amendments thereto as may be approved by resolution of the city council.

(2)

Glendale Municipal Airport Rules and Regulations (Revised 1996) and any amendments thereto as may be approved by resolution of the city council.

(b)

The Glendale Municipal Airport "Rules and Regulations" and "Minimum Operating Standards," as such publications may be amended from time to time, shall be interpreted, applied and enforced in a consistent manner. To the extent that any provision of the "Rules and Regulations" may be deemed to be inconsistent with any provision of the "Minimum Operating Standards," the provision contained in the "Rules and Regulations" shall take precedence.
