§ 7-2. Violations; penalties.

A violation of any provision of the Glendale Municipal Airport "Rules and Regulations" or "Minimum Operating Standards" shall be deemed to be a civil code infraction pursuant to Glendale City Code, chapter 13, article II; provided, that the provisions contained in section 13-22(b) shall not apply to any enforcement action under this article.
