§ 8-52. Banning motorized skateboards; additional prohibitions; penalty.

(a)

It is unlawful for any person to operate a motorized skateboard in any city park, on any public sidewalk, roadway, or any other part of a street or city property.

(b)

It is unlawful for any parent, guardian or legal custodian of any minor to authorize or knowingly permit such minor to violate any of the provisions of this article.

(c)

A violation of this article shall result in a fine of not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
