§ 19-63. Street right-of-way landscaping.

The landscaping of all street rights-of-way contiguous with the proposed development site not used for street pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, or driveways shall be required in addition to the on-site landscaped areas required in section 19-62 hereof.
