A minimum ten-foot-wide landscape buffer shall be required along those property lines
of a site developed for multiple-family residential, commercial, or industrial uses
when such property lines are contiguous with, or are separated only by an alley, from
any residential development or residential zoning district; except that no such landscape
buffers shall be required for multiple-family residential contiguous with other multiple-family
development or a multiple-family zoning district. The area of this landscape buffer
shall not be used to satisfy the landscape area requirements of section 19-62.
